An account requires a verified email address and a verified mobile number. Both are verified with a one-time code before the account is activated.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your devices secure. Active sessions are listed in your settings and you can revoke any of them at any time.
Deactivation is permanent. There is no reactivation path in this platform — a deactivated account cannot be restored, and a new account would have to be created from scratch.
A subscription grants a fixed number of scratch cards for a fixed validity period, both stated on the plan at the time of purchase.
The published win probability of a plan is a property of that plan and is the same for every subscriber to it. It is not adjusted per user, per streak, or per tier.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless the plan says so at the point of purchase.
The outcome of a scratch card is determined and recorded on our servers before it is displayed to you. The reveal animation is presentation only and cannot change a result.
A winning card produces a coupon with a unique code and an expiry date. Redeeming the coupon credits your locked wallet. An expired coupon cannot be redeemed.
Rewards are credited to your locked wallet. Funds move from the locked wallet to the withdrawal wallet only through an explicit administrator transfer.
A withdrawal request is reviewed by staff and approved by an administrator. Requests may be rejected, with a reason, and may be amended and resubmitted.
Fees are stated before you confirm a request and consist of a flat component and a percentage component as configured on your plan.
Every credit and debit is recorded as a ledger entry. The ledger is append-only: entries are never edited or deleted, and your balance is always the sum of your entries.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional scratch cards or referral bonuses is grounds for deactivation and forfeiture of unwithdrawn balances.
Automated interaction with the platform, including scripted scratching or redemption, is not permitted.
